Rates
- Cleaning fees are $75 for Cottages and $150 for Beach House
- Additional guests $20 CAD each/night
- Check In/Out:

- 5:00 pm or by previous arrangement.
- Out
- 11:00 am unless otherwise arranged.
- Rates based on double occupancy for cottages and four guests for beach house
- Taxes are additional (GST )
- All bookings require a $500.00 CDN damage deposit
- Reservations require a 50% deposit made by:
- cheque
- money order
- visa
- mastercard
- payable to Westburn Seaside Cottages and mailed to:
- Westburn Beach House & Cottages
- 4363 Fieldmont Pl.
- Victoria, BC, V8N 4Z4
- Remainder due 30 days before arrival
- Refund given if cancellation is made 30 days prior to booking less a $50.00 administration fee.
- No smoking and no incense burning in beach house and cottages.
- $150 extra cleaning charge will apply for smoking in the house or the
cottages.
- 2 night minimum stay on all weekends
- 3 night minimum stay during Christmas and March break
- 4 night minimum stay in July and August.
- There are rate exceptions for long weekends and Spring Break
High Season :
June 15 - September 15 and December 22 - January 4
Shoulder Season :
March 1 - June 14 and September 16 - October 31
Low Season :
November 1 - December 21 and January 5 - February 28

Cottage Rate
Cottage pet policy :
- cottages only with prior approval
- $15 per night extra charge
- dogs must be leashed at all times when on the property
- pets must not be left unattended
- pets not allowed on furniture or beds
- owners must pick up their pets excrement otherwise extra charge will apply
